At present quality management system can just manage a tache or a producing process in enterprise. With China joining to WTO , the market is opening wider and wider, the count of import & export increased, so the application to custom and inspection in enterprise become more and more frequent. It is very import to develop an overall quality management system to help enterprise manage its raw material, producing cost, storage, producing process, product quality, application to custom and inspection.After analyzing the procedure, department and role of import and export enterprise quality manage, in this paper We'll set an import and export enterprise quality management system model basing on modern quality management theory. Then design its process model and construct model, and make a detailed describe about it's subsystem. Such as system manage, batch number and production manage, data acquisition, process monitoring, production conformity assessment, quality data analysis , quality management report and CIQ electronic monitoring subsystem . The system is an overall system based on internet. It not only can manage the whole producing, it also can exchange information with supervising administration.Data acquisition subsystem is the base of quality management system. It plays an important role in enterprise quality management. In this paper we'll develop a distributed Artificial Intelligence and centralized control data acquisition model, which based on analysis of enterprises quality data source and data characteristic. And then design different acquisition ways according to its source, such as virtual instrument technology data acquisition way, bar code technology data acquisition way, video monitoring data acquisition way and PDA data acquisition way, and then explain their theory and application in the quality management system. By those means we can collect all quality data. This ensure the high function of quality management system.
