Faced with the trend of economic globalization, the traditional manufacturing companies are facing huge international market competitive pressures. It urgently through the enterprise information technology upgrading, enhances the daily production management level. The industrial internet of things as a main entry point for the “two things of the deeper integration, machine substitutions” considerable development strategy has important significance for the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing.Manufacturing Execution System locates between the upper program management and the underlying business of industrial production, plays the role of making up for their “gap”. The key to solving “information gap” which is between enterprise planning management and shop floor control program layer, is to have the information in real-time data collection and timely interaction.However, the internet of things technology obtains the corresponding data of the object in real time through RFID radio frequency identification technology and other information sensing device, then interconnects the communication network, thereby realizes intelligent identification, tracking,monitoring and management of any object.This topic paper takes Zhejiang FenXue Lin Knitting Clothing Co., Ltd as the research subject,in order to further enhance their market competitiveness, information and intelligence level, to satisfy the needs of the full range of real-time online monitoring of production processes, through actual production site in depth investigation, we created a seamless knitting enterprise MES system that has integrated the internet of things as a reliable data acquisition and data processing way,including front-process loom cluster management system, intelligent real-time process data acquisition system, the back-process production management system and other functions.Integration with enterprise ERP systems via data docking, it realizes the entire production process in real-time online monitoring of operations, comprehensive scheduling and management, so as to enhance productivity and business execution in a whole, also increase production efficiency.With the applications of this system in enterprise field, the production cycle is shorting constantly and the economic benefits are also growing. All of these, indicating that in the aspect of enhancing corporate information and intelligence management, improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs, this system has obvious effect. It laid a solid foundation for continuing to explore the internet of things in the enterprise information construction to develop a deeper level.In addition, after getting recognized and authorized by the FenXueLin company, I submitted the eligibility of computer software copyright to National Copyright Administration basing on the finished MES system, and has been awarded two certificates.
