Design And Application Of Quality Management System For Electronic Manufacturing Enterprise

Taking Fox Company PCEBG group MIBG products group Quality Management System as the background, with personal actual working experience, the design and achievement for EQMS (Electronic Quality Management System) are studied.The thesis is discussed as following topics:first, combining the production and allocation condition of MIBG, the hardware platform is selected, the system software structure is designed, and the key technologies and system development environment is introduced. Then, the demand of EQMS system from the performance and function requirements is analyzed. According to the needs analysis, the function modules are designed. Next, the system structure design is finished. And then the core function of EQMS with the key technologies is realized:document/records management system, historical data query, MIBG global quality data management center etc multi functional modules. Finally, the system is tested with the actual company operation example and summarized.This EQMS, not only satisfied the quality management requirement of MIBG, but also achieved the major customer’s quality requirement, got more orders for the company. Meanwhile, this project developed system is also implemented to other electrical products manufacturing sub-company of Fox Company as a sample.
