This thesis is based an attempt to carry out the model of the project-basedlearning based on filly understanding to the concept of Blending Learning .Thedevelopment of project-based learning should not be always the form ofextracurricular activities but combined with classroom teaching. Only in this waydoes it reflect the teaching idea of the teachers' leading part and the students' principalpart.In chapter one ,we introduce the concept and implication of Blending Learning.It mainly includes the raising of the background,the definition from the scholars athome and abroad and the implication of Blending Learning cuncrallyspeaking ,Blending learning is a blend of all kinds of study methods,studymedia,study content,student model,the service for supporting the students' study andenvironment.The focus point of Blending Learning doesn't lie in blending which things but inhow to blend. Its purposes lie in achieving the best study result and economic results.The work which Blending Learning should do is to provide proper study content forproper persons by proper media and by proper study methods.In addition we also introduce that the basic of study theory guiding BlendingLearning is variety. The form of Blending Learning is a blend between on-line studyand face –face study. Its further level contains the blend of teaching model guided bydifferent teaching theory.(the theory of conynitivism learning, the theory of humanismlearning and the theory of constructivism learning).In chapter two we mainly introduce the comprehensive exposition of project–based learning, the raising of the background, the objectives and severalreflections .The project –based learning should pay attention to the analyses about thereading materials attention from the network.. It also should be combined with subjectteaching and deal with the position of the teachers and give full play to the teachers'guiding function.In chapter three we mainly introduce the refection about the Project-basedlearning based on blending learning. The development of Project-base learning shouldchoose proper teaching content, teaching media and teaching model according to thestudents' actual circumstances. The Project-based learning should give full play to theadvantages of the classroom teaching and e-learning. The two are matuallycomplementary so that the students can achive the best results. In this chapter we alsoinquire into the teaching model and teaching cases.Finally we must make it clear that the cases are only inside the range of myspeciality. The combination of the Project –based learning based on the theory ofBlending Learning and other subjects also depends on the enthusiastically probingfrom other teachers.
