This paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation Project "The analysis and research of emotion-cognition of learning emotion in E-Learning"(No.60970052),the Beijing Natural Science Foundation Project " The key technology research in personal social education E-Learning is based on emotion psychology"(No.4112014) and is supported by the key project of Beijing Municipal Education Commission Science and Technology which is also the Beijing Natural Science Foundation Project "The research of the key technology in E-Learning Based on emotion and cognition interaction"(No.KZ200810028016).This paper is aiming at using the theory and technology of feature extracting of face expression, emotion recognition and emotion cognition interaction to provide support for the emotion cognition interacting in E-Learning and to change the traditional situation of the emotion missing in the E-Learning process. It describes the learning emotion by the three dimension emotion space OCC, and uses Daniel Chabot's personality theory for emotion regulation, and uses the Bloom's cognitive theory to describe the capability of cognition, and uses the Felder-Silverman learning style combined with Support Vector machine to get the preference for each student, makes emotion, cognition, learning style into a integrated, dynamic and personal student model for E-Learning. We based on this student model, adopts Case Based Reasoning and emotion cognition interaction teaching strategy instructing the personal emotion learning process and developed E-Learning platform ECP-ITS with the functionality of emotion cognition interaction personal.In this paper, the academic contribution and innovation is mainly reflected in the following four aspects:1) This subject according the construction learning theory builds a extension student model, including the following sub-model:covered model, bias model, cognition model, learning behavior model, psychology model (emotion, interesting, learning style).This paper starting whit the importance of emotion, cognition and learning style to build models, built a dynamic personal student model to provid decision-making information for emotion cognition interaction personal teaching strategy.2) It uses support vector machine technology and Felder-Silverman learning style model built dynamic learning style, so it describes the personality dynamic feature of the learning feature.3) It uses Case-Based Reasoning technology and accords with the feature of the state of emotion cognition, learning style, combines with the emotion cognition interaction of the teaching strategy reasoning theory, which provides personal teaching strategy, builds a common, adaptability, reliability teaching strategy library for E-Learning.4) Through the using of dynamic personality student model, the personality teaching strategy and the using of machine learning methods, combining with computer science, cognition science, education and psychology theory, I have developed a B/S structured, adaptability, personality, and emotion cognition interaction personality E-Learning platform ECP-ITS.
