Design And Implementation Of IP For DPTV

Now, there are two kinds of technology attracting Engineers of china. One is the third generation system of communication, the other is digital TV(DTV).The technology have been creating great wealth for the society. The analogical TV has gave it's place to DTV. In the transitional period, the digital process TV (DPTV) has became a new star in the TV market. DPTV not only meets the need of people for high resolution TV, but also extend the range of TV use.DPTV is different from the traditional TV. It adopts many methods of digital signal process. So the performance of DPTV is better than the traditional TV.DPTV includes three important IP: decoder, deinterlacing and sealer. This paper discusses the design, verify and implementation of them. This paper has completed the design and implementation of sealer for VGA To TV circuitThis paper adopts many optimization methods for the implementation of sealer. It is helpful for the other. This paper introduces the Y/C separation method based in three-dimension. Excepted it, this paper introduces the measure method based in transform, we need to verify their effect in the future.
