Research On The Combination Evaluation Of Chinese Academic Journals Of Humanities And Social Sciences

Academic journals are an inevitable product of a certain discipline development to a certain stage,and an important carrier for disseminating scientific research results and showing the level of science and technology.The ranking of academic journals shows the quality and academic influence of journals.A good ranking of academic journals can provide people with Accurate reference basis,establishing a standard and accurate academic journal ranking is a sufficient condition for forming a good academic journal atmosphere,and establishing a good academic journal atmosphere is a necessary move to enhance the country's soft power.To sum up,the ranking of academic journals shows the differences between different academic journals.It is an important reference for scholars to conduct academic research,and it is also an important basis for the development of core journals by the journal management department of scientific research institutions,whether it is for national development or personal ability.The promotion is of great significance.In view of the problems existing in the current evaluation of academic journals,such as strong correlation between indicators,inapplicability of evaluation methods,and one-sided evaluation results,this paper uses the combination evaluation method to give full play to the advantages of each single evaluation method,selects the journal data from 2015 to 2019,and takes the industrial economic journals under the academic journals of Chinese Humanities and social sciences as an example to carry out the evaluation system of academic journals In-depth study.First of all,according to the problem of Academic Journal Index and the characteristics of data,we use entropy weight TOPSIS method,induced density operator method and grey target model method to analyze the data of academic journal in 2015-2019 respectively;secondly,we give the time weight of each year's journal evaluation results to realize the comprehensive evaluation of multiple time points;finally,we use the minimum deviation method to analyze the results based on the three methods The final evaluation result is obtained by row combination.The results show that:first,entropy weight TOPSIS method can give full play to its advantages of focusing on timeliness of journals by setting positive and negative ideal solutions,induced density operator method can fully consider the distribution characteristics of evaluation indexes,can extract more index information,gray target model method focuses on the development trend of journals,and the results are more stable.The combination evaluation method can give full play to their advantages and make the evaluation results more comprehensive,which is a very effective evaluation method;secondly,the combination evaluation of multiple time points can overcome the problem of large fluctuation in periodical static evaluation,make the evaluation results more stable,and is a good supplement to periodical evaluation;thirdly,the periodical evaluation should consider various indicators comprehensively,A single index only pays attention to one aspect of the journal,and the evaluation results are not comprehensive;fourth,there is a common "Matthew effect" in industrial economic journals,the stronger the stronger,the weaker the weaker,and there is polarization in the development of journals.The results of this study can provide new ideas for the evaluation of academic journals and promote the stable and healthy development of Chinese Humanities and social sciences.Compared with the existing research,the main contributions of this article are as follows:First,in the selection of indicators,according to the connotation of each indicator,the relevant indicators are screened first,and the repeated indicators with less impact are carried out.Eliminate and focus on the remaining key indicators;second,in the research method,this paper adds a robust analysis of the research method,which makes the research results of this paper more convincing,and also proves that the research method of this paper is generally applicable.The shortcomings of this paper are as follows:first,due to the influence of research conditions,this paper is mainly objective evaluation,which can not be effectively combined with subjective evaluation.If the follow-up research conditions can be improved in this regard;second,taking the industrial economy journals as an example,some of the characteristics of the journals obtained are specifically for the industrial economy journals,which can not be fully reflected in the Chinese humanities Journal of social sciences.
