As the basis of the Internet of Things, wireless sensor networks are widely deployed in various fields such as smart homes and agricultural production due to their simple deployment and flexible and rapid deployment. The wireless sensor network is limited by the particularity of the network structure and the energy factor of the node itself. The failure of the key nodes in the network will often lead to the paralysis of the entire network.Assessing the importance of nodes is an important means to discover key nodes. Therefore, the study of the evaluation of the importance of nodes plays an important role in quickly and accurately finding key nodes in a dynamic and complex network and improving the stability and resistance to damage of the network.Based on the structural characteristics of the network and its application requirements, this paper proposes two different methods for assessing the importance of nodes. The specific research work is as follows:First of all, according to the current evaluation method, the rationality criteria of node importance evaluation are summarized, and several importance evaluation indicators are studied. The analysis and comparison are based on the rationality criteria. In addition,multi-attribute decision-making methods are also studied, including improved TOPSIS analysis method and attribute weight determination method, which lays a theoretical foundation for the selection of decision-making methods based on multi-attribute decision-making.Secondly,considering the evaluation of the importance of the nodes from the aspect of the network structure characteristics,a new method based on the importance relationship between nodes to evaluate the importance of the nodes of the network is proposed. This method integrates the importance index of structural holes and the importance index of K-core to determine the importance contribution of adjacent nodes.Based on this,it combines the importance of the K-core of the node itself and constructs an evaluation model based on importance contribution.Through simulation experiments, compared with other methods, the effectiveness and the efficiency of the method are analyzed. Finally, considering the two aspects of the network's structural characteristics and application requirements, this paper studies the evaluation of the importance of nodes and proposes a node importance evaluation method based on multi-attribute decision-making.This method selects four indexes: the node degree, the number of spanning tree, the time delay and the network energy consumption. The node deletion method is used to analyze the changes of the four indexes before and after node deletion, and the TOPSIS multi-attribute decision-making method is used to fuse the four evaluation indicators. An evaluation model based on multi-attribute decision-making was constructed.Through simulation experiments, compared with other methods, the validity and accuracy of the method were verified and analyzed.
