As a small part of the journal,academic journals represent the level of academic development and the level of scientific and technological development of a country and region.It is not only the main channel for scientific communication but also an important carrier for knowledge communication.Academic journals undertake the publication of academic papers and the release of scientific results.It is an indispensable database for scholars and experts to conduct scientific research.It is very useful for understanding academic frontiers,academic developments and academic development.Therefore,how to effectively evaluate academic journals is particularly important.The evaluation of current academic journals not only serves as the basis for the development and management of journals,but also becomes an important reference object for scientific research evaluation.It plays an increasingly important role in the academic circle.The evaluation of academic journals is good for guiding the development of academic ecological health,the healthy development of journals and scientific research.The full implementation of the work has an important role to play.Through the literature research on the evaluation of academic journals at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the merits and demerits of the current journal evaluation work,evaluation system and indicators,proposes the problems existing in the current journal evaluation work,sets up a new evaluation index system optimization method and evaluation model,and An empirical study of academic journals in intelligence and archives management.This paper is divided into four parts: Firstly,based on the current and complicated evaluation of academic journals,the research background and research significance are proposed,and the related research at home and abroad is conducted to investigate the problems and the direction of optimization.Secondly,Introduce the basic concepts and related theories of academic journals,focusing on the concept of bibliometrics.To sort out the development context and trend of current academic journal evaluation,and to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of evaluation indicators and evaluation systems by comparing domestic and foreign journal evaluation practice systems;again,based on the analysis of relevant research status,through traditional citations The analysis index is combined with the indicators in the new media environment,and a new academic journal evaluation index system is proposed.The correlation analysis is used to screen the indicators,and the principal component analysis is used to verify the academic journal evaluation index system.Finally,the CRITIC objective weighting method is used to calculate the index weights.The weighted TOPSIS method is used to construct the evaluation system.The empirical analysis is carried out by academic journals of library and archives management,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.Through the analysis of influencing factors and the construction of regression models,the factors influencing the influence of academic journals in the archives are studied,and policy recommendations are provided for the development of academic journals in the field of maps.
