Research On De-forging Tax-controlling System In Bao Ding City

To achieve the function of tax-supervise in BaoDing city's Golden Tax Engineering,to avoid more crimes arising from misusing invoice, and promote the efficiency ofwork, this dissertation focuses on setting up a tax-supervise system in BaoDing city.Firstly,the dissertation introduces history backgrounds and improvements of thetax-supervise system. Secondly the dissertation analyzes the process of it, and thendesigns it in details, which includes net structure, data warehouse and database safetydesign and so on. At the same time, according to the technology requirement of thetax-supervise system construction, this dissertation studies construction of datawarehouse and data mining technology. In the following, the method of cooperationbetween the tax-supervise system and the data warehouse is introducedthoroughly. Finally, the dissertation develops the tax-supervise system, includingdata collecting, hardware environment design, software environment design andmodule design of system.At present, this system is already applied in BaoDing city. Through operation, thetax-supervise system is run in network. In this way, all circs of taxpayer and ratepaying are built. And hence the function of tax-supervise in BaoDing city's GoldenTax Engineering and less crimes arising from misusing invoices achieved by thesetting up a tax-supervise system.
