Using the RationalUnified Process (RUP) and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) has designed andcarried out a J2EE application procedure example. It is tax network prosecutioninspection case management system based on the Web. This application adoptsiindependent structure system architecture,and many layers B/S structure based onthe Web,the design mode is a mode of Facade.The text makes an investigation into the basic theories and practical design bydetailedly analyzing and designing the whole system. It elaborates detailedly the basictheories of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and the Unified Modeling Language(UML), discusses some basic knowledge of J2EE, and summarizes the basictechnique and APIs forming J2EE, inquires into how to use RUP and UML toempolder the application procedure of J2EE by the development of the tax networkprosecution case management system based on the Web empoldering.At the sametime, it analyzes safety problem of the system.
