The Design And Implementation Of ERP System For Small And Medium-sized Enterprise

The emergence and large-scale application of IT technology promotes the development of the modern manufacturing of electronic and information technology. I Informatization of the manufacturing industry is becoming an important aspect of the later development of social under the background of globalization. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is proposed and applied, ERP is the main technology and key element of the informatization and electronization of modern manufacturing industry, and it is the important performance on the aspects of informatization and electronization. ERP is a new generation of integrated information management system for the enterprises, and is the product of the union of information technology, network technology and enterprise management technology.The characteristics of big risk, high costs and starting point higher make popularization and application of ERP difficult in many enterprises; this makes the modern the information construction progress slow. Because of this, we need research the characteristics of current enterprise resource planning to design a enterprise resource planning system with low cost, strong availability, rapid deployment and friendly interface. This paper puts forward and designs a kind of enterprise management information system to realize the needs of quick informatization of enterprises. In the process of development, software development methods uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP), analysis and design description language uses Unified Modeling Language (UML), and we uses J2EE as the system architecture to analyze the demands of the enterprise management information system in detail, and on the basis of these, we design and realize ERP System for Small and Medium-sized Enterprise which includes plan management, statistics management, warehouse management, financial management, import and export management, asset management, the loading and unloading management, decision-making support and other function modules.This paper studies and analyses the background of the system development and present development situation of enterprise management information system of domestic and international group, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the application of the enterprise management information system, and sketches out the problems of enterprise management information system which need to be solved based on the analysis of system requirements; It simply introduces the whole situation of the system and puts forward the system architecture, and describes the design and realization of some representative examples in detail.
