The Designation And Implementation Of OA System Project Based On J2EE

With the popularization of network technique, electronic government affair has been more and more popular in governmental department. At present, the office automatic system designed by conventional Client/Server mode had not well satisfied the need of network office, and could not fully fuse the feature of new technique, so it did not bring the advantage of new manage mode into well play. Basing on the reason, with the design of the network office automatic system of Science Department, ShenZhen municipality, this paper summarizes out an office automatic system based on J2EE.The OA system studied in this paper was based on "the network office automatic system of Science Department, ShenZhen " of Version 1, In this worki an 3-layers architecture system was established. The work mainly includes the following conclusions:1. By summing up the destination and principles of OA system design, analyzing the subscribers' actual present condition and the technology, the 3-layers system architecture was chosen, which contains high unification and standardization in exploring, deploying, operating managing and linking the system.2. On basis of analyzing the system's ever;, function model in detail, how to analyze and design the system was exhausted from the efficient, stable and practical angle. Furthermore, the reason of selecting associated technique was expounded too, so that the system can have flexibility and opcrability function.3. Beginning with the system's 3-ticrs architecture in detail, the systemconfiguration analysis and design was exhausted in Client tier, mesosphere and EIS tier , moreover, author's works about analysis and. design of OA system was exhausted separately in the Inception, evaluation and construction phase of the RUP.4. The RUP defines process elements such as workers, activities, and artifacts, when combined properly, helped an organization conduct a software project efficiently., So it was more efficient that the RUP was used in the design and Implement of the OA system.The design and development of the OA system will provide a useful administration tool and a practical architecture for OA system in future. The realization of the software model is important to establish the OA system in future.
