Research Of Manufacture Information Integration Based On Fieldbus Technology

The traditional ERP( Enterprise Resource Plan) and PDM(Product Data Management) lack of efficient management of manufacture process information, this paper brings fieldbus into manufacture information management system, implements integration of manufacture process information,which is quite significant to promote manufacture enterprise in the direction of network,digital,intelligence, and has a wide application prospect. Firstly,this paper has designed a manufacture information integration system based on fieldbus technology,and has done the following research: (1) programming and configuration between bottom and top level network; (2) programming and configuration of Programmable Logical Controller; (3) programming and configuration of Human Machine Interface; (4) design of manufacture plan databse; (5) design of product databse; (6) design of measure information databse; (7) design of the interface of manufacture management. Then, according to the demand of management intelligence and information integration of a manufacture enterprise,referring to the above research achievement, this paper has designed a practical project,which has been successfully applied. After having finished the above project, to the key tenology fielbus, this pater tries to develope .a fieldbus product suitable for our country, it has accomplished these jobs: (1) establishment of technologic scheme and arithmetic of the communication protocol; (2) design,development and debug of slave station interface.
