But because most DCS is a closed system, lack of unified, openstandard interface, cause heterogeneous DCS system DCS and other equipment andbetween other system exchange and share data difficulties, lack of coordination, thelack of efficient production analysis ability and method.This article first analyzes the concept, organization structure, data exchange ofDCS and integration of information present situation, the next has research on severalcommon fieldbus, fieldbus development and development trends and control systemnetwork development point of view, and in this foundation, heterogeneous system forthe field bus network, this paper gives to control the integration, network integrationand application integration method. Today the traditional DCS system is still widelyused, so the integration of DCS and fieldbus has a great significance. This paper putsforward through the fieldbus interface card fieldbus network segment in DCScontroller I/O subsystems on the module integration, fieldbus integration in DCSnetwork, through the DCS gateway interface integrated fieldbus three kinds of fieldbus integration method. Finally, this article study the integration of DCS and fieldbusin a specific case, including the two aspects:1, this artical realized data exchange ofJX-300XP DCS system through the nets levels XP244and DCS softwareprogramming, solve the data integration between heterogeneous system;2,this artical put forward a solution how to concatenate standard profibus-dp from stationequipment DCS system, it gives the principle of interface module structure and thedesign method of hard and software. Realize the communication between profibus-dpfieldbus and DCS system effectively. Also, through coupler or link editorPROFIBUS-PA and other equipment stlll can connected in DCS system, and greatlyimproved the openness and compatibility of DCS system.
