Fieldbus makes enterprise's information network extend to producing site scene, and it will lead to occur a renovation in control systems. Meanwhile, commercial Ethernet based on TCP/IP protocol has permeated through the industry control field gradually. The end user shall use integrating multitudinous buses and systems to build an integrative network platform for management and control.The thesis has analyzed the course and trend of control systems at first, and the opinion that control system has been more like a network. On this basis, enterprise's integrative network structure model is established, namely Infranet/Intranet/Internet mode. Infranet is the core of integration. For isomer fieldbus networks, the methods to realize the integration of the networks, controlling and application are propounded. To integrating the Infranet and Ethernet is the key to enterprise's integrative system. OPC technology is adopted extensively to solve this key problem. Secondly, Several methods are given in this thesis to combine DCS and FCS: 1. Fieldbus interface card integrate FCS into the I/O subsystem module of DCS. 2. They exchange data through gateway. 3. Interconnect them at upper LAN. Finally, the thesis describe the modification of control system of one onshore oilfield oil disposal factory, which adopt fieldbus interface card to integrate FCS into the I/O subsystem module of DCS, additional instrumentation signal is sent into additional I/O module of DCS. They complete the integration of fieldbus and DCS network.
