Research On Technologies Of PLM Workflow Management Based On XML

With the enlargement of the scope of the enterprises, the complication of business process, dramatic changes of the market demand and the constant emergence of various new technologies, the implementation of workflow of the enterprises has lost its previous stability, they often need to carry on some modifications on the basis of existing procedure, or redefine in order to respond to the demand of the quick changes of the business procedure. However, the workflow management system provided by present PLM doesn't possess these characteristics, and has influenced enterprises to implement the effect of PLM seriously. This paper regards implementation of PLM system of a domestic large-scale electronic enterprise (abbreviated as H Company in the following) as the background. On the basis of present PLM software platform, the research and application carried on to such technologies of workflow management system as process management, organizational management, has expanded the PLM workflow management system. Further research has been done into mentioned problems and the satisfactory application effects have been achieved. First of all, this paper combines H Company's business scene, every basic element of workflow management system flows in the analytical work. then describes the life cycle model under PLM environment, analyses the relation between IPD project and role, integrates life cycle , workflow , IPD project three organically , and provides the instance , offers the foundation for follow-up research. secondly, this paper researches process management and organizational management in the PLM workflow management system, analyses the meta model of process management and static view of definition phase and running phase, then constructs process management model structure of H company, finishes the mapping of organizational management and process management. Moreover, by using the idea of software course development and XML technology, combining PLM systematic function system with the business scenes of the H company, this paper makes thorough research and design to the report form function, data validation function and privilege management function of PLM workflow management system, thus expand the PLM workflow management system, simplifies the design and implementation process of enterprises implementing PLM system, and strengthens PLM systematic support to enterprise's business process demands. Finally, some application cases are presented. The paper is concluded briefly and some problems to be solved in research and development are pointed out.
