This dissertation designs and develops the networked monitor and control system of the glassware produce line, which base on the control request of the glassware produce line, and besides the effective management of its manufacturer is considered when several produce lines run simultaneity. The system is composed of an equipment layer, an operator station and an engineer station.The equipment layer adopts PLC to collect the signal from the locale and control the equipments. The encoder sends the signal reflecting the grail's angle to the high-speed counter port of PLC. The cycling action is executed according to the appointed angle and the pressing assignment of the glassware is accomplished. Since the particularity of the punch, if any part of the punch doesn't work the casualty will happen, so the equipment layer exploits accurate protective function. In order to resolve the problem of regulating parameter under the high temperature and heavy humidity manipulative spot, the operator station is used the embedded mainboard of the industrial control. The main function of the operator station is adjusting parameter. On the one hand, the operation station is communicated with equipment layer to realize PLC parameters setting. On the other hand, it is communicated with every transducer through RS485. The electromotor of punch, providing-material machinery and baking-machine are realized closed-loop control by transducers. The self-tuning fuzzy PID control arithmetic is studied. The engineer station manages the operator station mainly. Database-manage, monitoring-equipment, and printing-reports function are implemented. Each produce line is adjusted and managed in this station.The results are shown that this system possesses high reliability and realizes the function completely. If this system is applied in the glassware produce line it will get desirable economic income and social benefits.
