With the development of computer, as well as communication, integrate circuitand control technology, the traditional industry control field is going through anunprecedented change, developing towards networking. In order to meet theindustry control needs in future this paper has designed and realized an embeddednetwork controller.In this paper, author has designed and realized one powerful embeddednetwork controller with S3C2410 which is a 32bits microprocessor with oneEthemet interface, one USB host interface, one USB device interface, three RS232UART, one CAN extended card, one RS485 serial extended card, one RS422 serialextend card, 8 channels 10-bits AD, 1 channels 12-bits DA, 4 channels PWM output,one 240×320 TFT LCD display touch screen Interface. And based on it along withthe EMOS Windows CE, the paper thoroughly discusses how to establish adevelopment platform of embedded software.After investigating and analyzing CANopen protocol thoroughly, author hasrealized embedded CANopen protocol in controller, which makes the controllerstronger in communication ability and network control ability, and offers theexperiment platform for studies of new-type network controls algorithms. Based onthe discussion of the standard TCP/IP protocol, some embedded TCP/IP protocoltechnology of Windows CE and Socket communicate program is realized in thecontroller and, which makes the controller can connect to Intranet or Internet.On the basis of finishing the embedded network controller hardware andsoftware design, author had applied the controller to Central ComputerizedNumerical Control Unit in networking CNC system, making CNC system andequipment able to meet the need of miniaturization, networking and integration.Finally, combining with the computer control laboratory construction, the structureof network experiment platform of three layers of industrial networks (informationlayer, the control layer and equipment layer) had been finished. It has realized thereal network interconnection of the laboratory, and offered a high-performanceplatform for studies of network control.
