Software Development Of Multi-functional Coal Output Metrology Management System

Before coal metrology management system existing in the coal field, local coal output system had many defects in the actual operation,as output data can not be collected fast, artificially operating was easy to be error and violate operation, it made the government helpless in controlling the reasonable supply and sale of coal resources and preventing some individual sites from lying about yield data, eliminating individual measurement operators from violating operation, and ensuring tax etc. To change this situation,I put forward a plan about combining output management system and remote video monitor system.Based on the analysis of domestic and international coal output metrology management system,relying on―Xinjiang Akesu Baicheng coal output metrological monitoring surveillance system‖,the papers put forward a technical plan,It would combine the remote video monitoring system with the production weighing system.System used C/S architecture, using Visual C++ software development platform,and MFC to adjust development, database used SQL Server 2000 to realize the design.the main software constitutes of the system had three parts:the client software, data storage server software and local weighing software.As each coal truck was on a weighing apparatus,it would exert a serial data,the data via video server would be carried to the data storage server to analyse,and the yield data would be obtained, function call and Data packing again, another way would pack video data, the video data would be superimposed upon the weighing data,all kinds of data were storaged and managed in the database, client had access permissions and could visit the database.The System was debugged in the experiment, the results of the test meet the demand, it would be used actually, reliable operation, the system met the program requirements of the party, proved that the design scheme is feasible.By analysing the test results and the operating results of the yield measured management system, the results showed that the papers designed the multi-functional coal output metrology management system ,it had a good adaptability and high practical value in the monitoring measurement management.
