According to "The 25th Statistical Report on Internet Development in China", in the figures, up to December 2009, there are nearly 400 million Chinese Internet users, of which about 320 million users are online video; so the application of online streaming media has become an important part of Internet Application in China. because of streaming media applications with high bandwidth requirements,Qos (Quality of service) requirements of higher characteristics, researching architecture of large-scale capacity,cost-effective and excellence live streaming Qos has become a challenging task.Compared with traditional architecture of Center-type services, P2P (Peer-to-Peer) architecture for streaming media broadcast system has better advantages, However, due to P2P have the prombles of dynamic nodes and long time delay of Start, there are still many challenging problems to be solved in the study areas. The paper Studies how to use the P2P streaming technology to organize the overlay network nodes effectively, and reduce the impact of the dynamic behavior of the node to the system, which solves the problems of P2P live streaming systems'poor quality of service, the node start-up with a long delay and so on. It builts a high scalable, high stability of streaming media broadcast system: "Gua Gua video interactive communities". Since the software launched the first edition in 2007, due to its high-quality streaming media service, flexible and rich interactive, it has created the maximum record with nearly 40 million concurrent online users. The main contents and innovation are as follows:1,Using a distributed streaming real-time measuring system to analysis the nodes start-up capability of PPLive live streaming media system, the quality of node streaming media service and other aspects. The measurement data indicate that the PPLive system has poor Qos and start-up with a long time delay under a large number of nodes concurrent. Meanwhile, through analyse interaction between nodes in PPLive system, we found that the long time online and stabile nodes have large contribution to other partners, thereby it provides direction for optimizing the coverage network architecture of P2P live streaming system.2,In order to optimize the management of coverage network nodes, the paper introduces nodes of hierarchical management algorithm based on the nodes' stability.Nodes are divided into two by the algorithm, the first level is composed of overlay network with high-Stability nodes, which form a stable structure ,called "Marked-Tree"; the second level is composed of the remaining coverage nodes in the network, which form a discrete network structure, and provide the first level nodes as the real-time streaming media data providers. At present, the nodes management algorithm has been applied successfully in the "Gua Gua video interactive communities ", the analysis of measurement data and the actual running results show that the system has been improved greatly in Qos under a large number of concurrent and shortened the long time dalay of starting up.3,Detailed description of the "Gua Gua video interactive communities" of Server-side and Client-side architecture, as well as the design and implementation of streaming media data management.
