With the rise and rapid development of cloud computing technology, it combines with multimedia technology, cloud media as an innovation media service mode was born. It aggregates various forms of media into a media resource pool, such as TV, Internet, mobile terminals and so on, then constructs a media resource sharing platform with media transmission without boundaries and diversified meida carrier. Cloud media can be widely used in communication, remote education, IPTV, digital television, real-time traffic and many other fields, it has great potential for development.Firstly, this paper analysis and research the reconstruction issue in cloud environment based on the architecture for Banacast media system, mainly focused on static deployment of distributed data layer and dynamic scheduling control information and data information based on the architecture for Banacast cloud media system, finished the modeling and design for four basic components of the architecture for Banacast cloud media system, including distributed file system, streaming data processing, the cloud data scheduling and distributed cloud monitoring. Next, according to the architecture for Banacast cloud media system, this paper constructes the scene video cloud publishing system based on mobile terminal, the system meets the requirements of mobile users to share scene video anytime and anywhere effectively, and provides practical support for application of the architecture for Banacast cloud media system. Finally, aiming at Qo S features of Banacast cloud media system in wireless access environment and the current development trend of smart mobile terminals, this paper designs a series of test cases to test and analyze mobile terminals streaming performance based on cloud media system, including response time and battery power consumtion, and provides effective evidence for application promotion and optimum design based on the architechture for Banacast cloud media system.In short, this paper makes pioneering work on design, practice and measurement of data layer and control layer based on the architecture for cloud media system, we propose a architecture for Banacast cloud media system and a kind of scene vedio sharing solution. After a series of testing experiments, the results verify the feasibility and high performance of the architecture for Banacast cloud media sytem.
