| Due to the rapid development of science and technology, researchers’ demand for electronicmeasurement becomes increasingly high. At present, the development of the intelligent instuments has twoaspects.On the one hand,the electronic measurement has shifted from single measurement to systematic onegradually.On the other hand,the workload for data processing increasing so fast, thus people have to createthe intelligent instruments.With the rapid development of network technology, it has become a hot spotthat to achieve the cross-regional, multi-instrument systematic testing through the combination of thenetwork technology, computer technology and intelligent instrument technology.Instrument remoteautomatic control system includes the computer technology, intelligent instrumentation technology andnetwork technology. It is a multi-technology complex.In this paper, based on the pre-distortion platform, the main research work includes two aspects.Firstly,how to build the remote operation platform for scientific instruments. through the analysis of the intelligentinstrument technologies, we use the VISA library,SCPI, RIA and the streaming media technology to realizethe remote operation of pre-distortion hardware platform. On the other hand, the key point is put on theinformation processing, to better slove the unstructured file storage problem, we build the cloud storageplatform based on MongoDB database by using the NoSQL database MongoDB. The main contents are asfollows:Firstly, to realize the remote control of hardware experiment platform, the related knowledge aboutVISA, SCPI and JNA is introduced in details, which is used in communication between computer andintelligent instruments. Meanwhile we discuss the structure about how to achieve remote control throughInternet.Secondly, we discuss the RIA, Red5streaming media technology and the joint use information,introduce the model of Flex+Red5+MongoDB video storage system and realize the function of real-timemonitoring.Thirdly, we discuss the knowledge about MongoDB database, especially the high performance ofReplica+Sharding structure which is used to storage the video file from the real-time monitoring and theunstructured data file during the experiment.Construction of a remote operation system can make larger number of instruments, which can only beoperated locally, connected in network to facilitate the application and use of instruments, Which is greatlyimportant to the application in industrial control area. Meanwhile the cloud storage involved in theconstruction remote control system based on pre-distortion has great value to research. |
