Coal Handling Monitoring Supervision System Architecture Design And Key Technologies

In this paper, based on coal transporting system project of the Jianbi Power Plant, the function requirements of the coal transporting monitor-supervise-system is studied and the system architecture model which with the integration of DCS and PLC is designed and analyzed in detail. In the end of this paper, the four-layer architecture is given out and the function realization and information communication between layers are studied and analyzed. The field information is congregated and abstracted from bottom to top and the information integration and operation management are achieved. The control information is emerged from top to bottom and broken up. The monitor-supervise function of the coal transporting system is fulfilled by information communication. Besides that, the security of the system such as authentication, information safety and dependability is researched and the dependability of the system is improved.
