The Study Of Real Remote Digital Video Surveillance System Based On Streaming Media Technology

Video surveillance system is on its way to network and digitalization. At the same time, streaming media technology is a new network multimedia technology. The combination of streaming media and surveillance system not only brings the users shorter accessing time, further destination and better viewing effects, but also impulses the development of streaming media. Firstly, this paper established a system of Real Remote Video Surveillance System Based On Streaming Media Technology. This system is very economical and practical. This System realized real video encoding, streaming, and provided users to access the monitoring video through the website on any time.Secondly, this paper analyzed the impact of different users' number accessing on the workload of media server by the means of establishing the simulating model. In this part, the analysis of the property parameters of Windows Media Service is the first step, such as bandwidth, protocol, package size. Then the paper established the model through writing program according to the parameters. After that, it need debug scripts in the environment of NS2. Finally this paper offered the output according to statistical data.
