With the popularity of the computer, the influence of the computer virus is also increasing. Computer system offers more and more function, and the virus is increasing with this proportion. No enterprise or antivirus corporation has constructed a comprehensive computer virus response procedure in domestic or abroad.At first, this article introduces project management, the background of the computer and computer virus.Then it explains the virus basic theory, the knowledge of virus dependence, and the concept of the project management.Moreover, this article discusses the time management in the virus response project. It defines the time management activity in the project. It uses WBS to decompose the virus response project, calculate the active continuous time, and discusses the application of time management and improvement proposal.This article also describes the risk of the computer virus response project. It starts with the risk management preparation. After indentifying the risk, it analyzes the qualities and quantities. It also proposed the risk planning the risk monitoring method. An application of risk management has been discussed.At last, this article discussed the cost control, quality control and communication. Cost control starts from process cost budget and human resource cost budget. On quality control, it analyzes the reason of the quality control and application.
