With the continuous development of Wireless Sensor Network, more and more fields have transit from theoretical research to practical applications. However, different fields have special requirements on Wireless Sensor Network. Thus, based on different requirements, it has become a difficulty urgent to be conquered nowadays, to design accordingly. Industry, as the economic impulse of a country, it has been taken seriously all over the world to apply information automating technology into it. The large quantities of data to be collected in industrial monitor fields and the quick requirement of error debugging all bring a lot of difficulties to the application. It has been a significant subject to apply Wireless sensor network better in industrial monitor fields. In this paper, aimed at the background of industrial monitor, a high throughput, low delay routing protocol strategy is designed, better applying Wireless Sensor Network in industrial monitor fields.Acknowledged the existence state of Wireless Sensor Network and Industrial monitor, based on the manipulative method of typical QoS(Quality of Service) routing protocol, and the analysis on the main requirements of Industrial monitor fields on QoS, proper designing scheme is obtained referring to typical applications. Based on the idea of multi-paths routing protocol and through balancing the restraining factors of nodes, a busy extent index of the nodes was obtained. Based on this index and during the routing finding process, idle and optimized nodes is chosen in priority, making routing choices maximum collateral, thus improving the throughput of the network. What's more, when the collected data exceeds the accepted realm, urgent data will choose the best route and the most prior delivering strategy, realizing the lowest delay of the transmit of urgent data, assuring the in time dispose of outburst in Industry. Finally, using NS2 Simulation to simulating the industrial scene, transmitting data among 27 nodes, the delay of urgent data is about 20ms, average throughput rate is 25% higher than AODV protocol and in different other scenes obvious improvements can be seen, realizing the high throughput requirements of network transmit, making the industrial monitor network more stable and reliable.
