If using real equipment in weapons test and training process, the equipment may be damaged easily. Also frequent tests often make weapon's performance degradation. Meanwhile, the real equipment can't simulate all of fault phenomena which makes the fault diagnosis of weapons training not sufficient. For the provision of special test equipment, training weapons and equipment will help to solve above-mentioned problems.The subject determines the testing training system hardware design, in-depth study based on a missile electrical interface timing characteristics and the working principle. The testing training system consists of testing training equipment, training bombs and cable. The original testing training bomb has the same appearance and electrical characteristics. The distinctive is elements in each cell instead of using simulation test unit, simulation test unit is based on the digital signal processor (DSP) and programmable logic devices (FPGA) framework for design. The testing training device hardware and the testing training cable are completely using standard test equipment hardware and test cables. This design can simulate the real training of missile tests with low cost.Test training system software uses module-based design integrated with VISA, ODBC technology to improve the software commonality, maintainability and scalability. This design uses multi-thread technology to improve test efficiency which allows two missiles tested simultaneously. Based on the research of missile training process, this thesis proposed missile fault diagnosis and maintenance of training evaluation criteria, established evaluation process to determine the training program and enabled the system to evaluate the training process.Practical applications and test results show that the missile test training system has the function of missile test, fault diagnosis and maintenance training, training effectiveness evaluation, database maintenance. The development of this thesis has great importance for improving the training efficiency of the troops.
