With the military revolution brought by high and new technology,the equipment support training has also changed from a single training mode based on actual equipment to the combination of practical and simulation training.Simulation training is based on computer technology as a support,relying on the system platform to carry out electronic training for equipment.The simulation training method can not only carry out interactive and different-angles training for the related personnel,but also reduce the training's laziness to the actual equipment.It also puts forward the objective and scientific evaluation requirements for simulation training.At present,some research has been done on the evaluation of equipment training,but there is a close relationship between the evaluation method and evaluation model and the type,model and operation object of specific equipment,and the evaluation deviation made by various environmental factors under actual conditions is not considered in the simulation training evaluation.For this reason,this article has carried on the thorough research from the following aspects:First,through the analysis of the status of equipment support training evaluation,the target and scope of training evaluation are clearly defined,and the commonly used comprehensive evaluation methods for equipment training evaluation are analyzed and compared one by one.According to the scope and characteristics of each evaluation method,the overall evaluation method used in the evaluation of equipment support training is chosen to form the evaluation function module.Second,in the study of the existing training evaluation scheme,there is a problem of poor universality of the evaluation method,which is closely associated with the equipment characteristics.It studies the related contents of the evaluation index system.Through the analysis of the process and characteristics of the actual equipment training,it abstracts the assessment points at various stages of the equipment training,and classifies and integrates it.To establish a training evaluation index system that can reduce the correlation with equipment to a certain extent,so as to improve the versatility of the equipment evaluation method.At the same time,in order to improve the objectivity and availability of the simulation training evaluation results,the influence of the uncertain factors in the actual environment is not considered when the simulation training evaluation is not considered.In order to better measure the influence degree of the uncertain factors,this paper will introduce the Bayesian network in machine learning to solve the problem that the uncertain factors are not easy to be quantified by the adaptive data,and apply the quantized data to the training evaluation process,to a certain extent,it can reduce the difference between the simulation training evaluation results and the actual environment.Last,developing training evaluation software module,using simulated case data to veriFy the usability of simulation training evaluation method,and comparing the data after training evaluation with the unimproved evaluation method to verify the correctness and objectivity of the evaluation method.Through the above research,a training evaluation index system which is not limited to specific equipment and combined with uncertain factors in actual training is finally established.According to the constraints of each index in the system,the Bayesian network is used to help quantify the uncertain factors,and the training evaluation is implemented through the analytic hierarchy process selected in this paper.The verification phase compares the evaluation results obtained with the single analytic hierarchy process and the actual training,and proves that the evaluation method has better accuracy and objectivity.
