Along with the development of market economy and globalization, the management of power marketing plays a vital role in our economy and commercialized opertations. Modernization of power marketing, by adopting advanced technologies, aimes to caputure timely market demands accurately, provide convinent and efficient customer services, realize the intensive marketing management, priortize the power resources, and thus maximize the economic interests.The prevelence of the Internet changes the marketing of power industry. A training and evaluation system in power marketing establishes a distance program through the Internet for enterprises’ training and evaluating of their staff.The present research status at home and abroad,for construction of power marketing training system,was analyzed in this paper. The technical requirements and design goal of power marketing training simulation system, according to the characteristics of electric power industry, were proposed based on the service feature of Chongzhou power supply limited liability company. This paper put forward three tiered software structure and built by load balancing mode,which was the professional knowledge Integration of power utility check,business extending,fixing electric meter,power connection and reading-check-billing in power company, on the basis of the requirement and goal.From the prophase business review and study,requirement analysis of the database,business logic layer and client was done. Used as reference of the present IT technology, design scheme was produced by Delphi XE3,RemoteADO and SQLServer2005.Implementation is developed based on the design scheme. Aiming at every detail problem of all function modules, the software system was built. In the paper, strengthen the safety of system, lifting the efficiency and easily use was in detailed description. Finally, the system was proved according with the demand of power company by the test.This thesis conducts both theoretical and experimental research on the training system, and reveals that this system is fast, efficient, and extensible; it can also be used for the training and/or evaluation at any time needed. Overall, this training system acheives a satisfactory result, and demonstrates some advantages when compared to other power marketing training systems.
