In view of the above, this thesis conducted the research about the online tr aining quality assessment management system, mainly to complete the following tasks:After the detailed analysis of system requirements, evaluation mechanism of the trai ning quality and the update mechanism of training load were proposed. Through mathe matical modeling methods, provide a basic evaluation criteria for the system and quanti fy the quality of personal training. According to the quality of training and the quality of the training process changes, Change the training load, enabling individuals to achieve t he best quality of training effect.Take advantage of integration of the existing technology Web frameworks Struts fr amework, Spring Framework and Hibernate,use the widely popular MVC design pattern, Combine the features of online training quality evaluation management system, apply the integrate technology of this framework, Propose solutions based on J2 EE training qu ality evaluation system of multi-layer framework to improve the system flexibility, reus ability and maintainability.After testing, the system has been well achieved. Through basketball training progra m tests, it is demonstrated that the results of the obtained data in this thesis consistent w ith design expectations, which has a certain value.
