With the rapid popularization of the Internet in China, the network begins to takeon the dissemination of political information and plays an important role in spreadingthe political messages. In?uenced by this new mode of transmission, the audience'smain initiative is put into full play; the position of the audience is improved. Basedon the background, the article is an audience-centered research. It introduces thespreading process of political communication through internet. Then it tries to explorethe dynamic relationship among the various elements in the process with an attemptto build the model. It is meaningful to grasp the essence of the process and apply thetheory to the work of ideological and political education. At last, the article will givesome constructive suggestion on how to enhance the e?ectiveness of ideological andpolitical education.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction.It introduces the current situation, the innovation as well as the significance of theresearch. The second chapter is the overview of the mode for political communicationthrough internet. It mainly introduces the concept, development, characteristics of thismodel, as well as the audience-centered pattern. The third chapter is the core chapter,it discusses why it should be audience- centered. Later it gives the"general modelof the process of political communication networks"and the"single node model",analyzes the basic elements in the process of political communication network, andsummarizes the characteristics of the model, etc.. The fourth chapter summarizes theenlightenment of the pattern in the ideological and political education. Chapter five isthe conclusions of this paper.
