CCTV "news 1 + 1" is a new type of news and current affairs section, the section positioned to choose major, novel of emergencies, the latest release of current policy and is closely related to people’s life of the major social hot issues, such as making choice and dissemination of information, construct a media mimicry environment for people, especially to build political trust reflects the responsibility and obligation of our country’s mainstream media.This article mainly discusses the CCTV "news 1 + 1" analysis of the political context, and using the political communication theory analysis of "news 1 + 1", the author found that the "news 1 + 1" embodies the political power of TV reform explore the encouragement and promotion, obedience and cooperate with media on political power, political power of media regulation function of the recognition and support, etc, by using the method of literature study, case analysis, analysis, induction and other research methods found "news 1 + 1" has significant in promoting the value orientation of political civilization, reveal the mainstream values and implement public opinion supervision and restriction of political value orientation.All in all, this paper in the perspective of political communication, "news 1 + 1" as the focus of the study, discusses the mainstream media to attract audience must be in order to realize the political communication, build political trust as the goal, and achieve the goals you need to do column in the form of innovation, and comment on related events ably to politics as the main point of the theory support, etc. Finally draw a conclusion that, similar to "news 1 + 1" the brand program carried out by the mainstream media, to get a great progress in the new media era, to cater to the trend of The Times is important, but should be combined with the specific conditions, properly turned them into ways to promote effective media reform, media group in China to better achieve leapfrog development.
