Along with the market competition becoming fiercer and the product innovation speed becoming faster, the competition has not only been among enterprises but also among the industry chains. Therefore, it is urgent and necessary for automobile enterprises to enhance the competitive capacity as a whole, which indicates the essentiality and significance of considering and studying how to realize and improve the collaboration between the automobile-enterprise with its huge industry chain as well as how to promote the automobile supply and marketing chain based on collaborative commerce fundamentally.Aiming at the problems above, the author conducts the research on the architecture of automobile supply and marketing chain based on collaborative commerce and the design of system.Firstly, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis about the application of collaborative commerce at home and aboard, combining with the status of Chanan enterprise supply and marketing chain, the author does the system's requirement analysis as a whole. And then, a kind of architecture of automobile supply and marketing chain based on collaborative commerce which is appropriate to Chanan is proposed, meanwhile, the business process of the purchasing management and distribution management are analyzed and researched in detail under this architecture.Secondly, the author analyzed the demands of the automobile supply and marketing chain system, and puts forward the system's design goal and principles. In addition, the overall system design is carried out, the system's overall framework is set up, and the technical plan is researched. After that, the support system is designed as well as the network topology structure and information security is researched. Then, the functional modules of subsystems such as collaborative purchasing subsystem and distribution subsystem are designed and the integrated system is designed, an integrated framework is constructed and the integrated method is studied.Finally, the system is successfully implemented on Chanan supply and marketing chain and the implementation effect is analyzed as well.
