The advent of Internet changes substantially the mode of the traditional retail trade. The rise of the electronic commerce based on web technology has brought the retail trade into a new phase. All the companies have come up to an agreement that play E-Commerce can promote the corporate core competitiveness. It has been the current of the times. Gardener Group brought forward the notion of Collaborative Commerce first time in August 1999. Thereafter C-Commerce is regarded as the trend of development of the E-Commerce in future. In the articles, we make a research on the management, services and commercial activities of the chain of department store, and pose the hierarchy of C-Commerce system about department chain stores.The design of C-Commerce, which is proposed in the article makes full use of network platform and existed information system. Based on them, we build an open model in B/S structure. The new model effectively grapples with the problem of information-isolated island. By using the new model, chain companies make share of information each other and put the resources to good use. It's helpful to improve the core competitiveness of the company.In the first place, we analyze the existing circumstance of informationization and the current foundation of the study. We draw a parallel on C-Commerce technology and application in home and abroad. With the combination with province project, we make overall planning and design about the system.
