Service provider internal information management, accurate and efficient data exchange between service providers and manufacturing enterprises is realized so as to enhance the after-sale level of enterprises.First the current status and after-sale problems are analyzed, according to the disadvantages of the automobile industry and service provider business, the solution of automobile service provider system based on automobile industry collaborative platform is put forward.
