In rubber vulcanization processing,the vulcanization is an important phase.The quality of rubber vulcanization depends on curing conditions(temperature, pressure and time ). Because in the actual production process fluctuations in temperature and pressure which operators can't accurate grasp makes that it's unable to ensure accurate vulcanization time and owe vulcanization or after vulcanization. Owe vulcanization makes products has become soft,and after vulcanization makes products has become stiff. They both have a bad effect on tire quality and cause serious waste of raw materials. Therefore, the precise control of curing conditions in the production of rubber products is an important technology.This paper analyzes the PID control principle and fuzzy control theory according to the control precision requirements of tank vulcanizing machine's temperature, pressure and time in rubber vulcanization process and designs the fuzzy self-adaptive PID control algorithm using the fuzzy control to dynamically modify the PID parameters,proofs that fuzzy adaptive PID control method is very short to adjust the time and small overshoots, and has good dynamic characteristic, good adaptability and robustness through the simulation in matlab.This paper puts forward the analysis for tank vulcanizing machine process corresponding hardware and software design and selects STM32 which is based on ARM 32bits CORTEX-M3 core,using AD693 application-specific integrated sensor chip and STM32's AD conversion module and selecting DAC902 current output type analog-to-digital conversion chip for output control.The paper Chooses open-source embedded operating systemμC/OS, designs the related tasks which are scheduled byμC/OS, guarantees the task of real-time.
