The Three-tank process system is a lag-time, big inertial system with multi-nonlinear variables. It is very difficult to obtain good control quality if we only use the traditional control methods.The Three-tank control system is consisted by two kinds of controlment that are the liquid-level control and temperature control.Different control had different character ,so we use different control strategy.In order to gain good quality of water level ,we use Fuzzy Control strategy.In order to control the temperature of tank T2 quickly and smoothly,we use Fuzzy PID strategy.At last we draw a interface of man-to-machine using Rsview32, from which we can monitor the process in industry. The Three-tank control system uses computer to change the frequency of motor,which saves power energy greatly.At the same time,because of the control strategy we choose is very good,the system can run stably and smoothly.The fact indicates that we are doing a significative thing.
