The engineering composite material precision forming system adopts steam hot-pressing or resistance conduction hot-pressing, using upper and lower heated plate to heat. But it cannot control the vulcanization temperature effectively, and induces the key technical performance index of products hardly getting to ideal effect, such as, carrying capacity, working speed, friction factor, dimensional stability, surface roughness. Thus, it has important practice and theory value to control temperature effectively for ensuring quality.This project is supported by National Natural Science Foundation(Grant No. 60074022). This paper is just to aim at the peculiarity of temperature control in precision forming system, combines PID control with self- adaptive fuzzy control, studies and empolderes temperature controller based on fuzzy rules parameter self-adjusting method. In the control system, fuzzy control rule is the core of controller. The performance of fuzzy controller is decided by the assurance and adjustability of fuzzy control rules to a great extent. By the system sampling, it adjusts the fuzzy control rules on-line according to the error and error rate. And then calculates, we can gains the affixation of PID parameter at the time, Superposits with the initial value, exports to the control object to adjust temperature. The control method has better dynamic and static performance than traditional method. When the system parameter is changed, control parameter is not well selected, and the circumstance status is break, the controller still can self-adjust quickly, having better on-line self-adaptive ability. It is convenient and reliable to rebuild and apply the controller, and it can improve product quality.The main task and contents of the dissertation are listed as follows:①Discusses vulcanization forming speciality and influence factor, and researches the theory and method of fuzzy-adaptive control, brings up improvement scheme.②Several control methods is simulated and researched with MATLAB software, and analyzes system performance index.③Designs the fuzzy-PID adaptive controller based on fuzzy rules parameters self-adjusting using the fuzzy toolbox in MATLAB, and simulates according to the circumstance of precision forming vulcanization process, demonstrates the advantage and feasibility of the control method.
