Temperature control played a very important role in the daily life,industrial production,scientific research. Especially in the industrial production of metal,machinery,electric power,environment equipment,military equipment, the temperature had become one common andimportant thermal parameter. At present, there were main three kinds oil temperature controldevices in hydraulic system oil control ways. One was called one-level oil temperature device,another was called two-level oil temperature device, the last was called oil temperature devicewith high and low temperature oil mixed together. In these oil temperature devices, the workingmedium was in an unstable turbulent state which would result in temperature field unstable、uneven temperature control distribution. What’s more, because of the long response time of thetemperature sensor, the real-time oil temperature couldn’t be detected when we detected theunstable working medium. So we couldn’t control the real-time oil temperature.The article creatively put forward an oil temperature control device with high precisionbesed on three-level tank structure on the basis of analyzing and researching the existingproblem of the present commonly used oil temperature devices. Its control principle was that itadded an incubator in the conventional oil temperature control devices, making the oil automaticcontrol two times and avoiding the problem of oil stir,unstable temperature field,uneventemperature distribution in space,unreliable oil temperature which resulted from long time of thetemperature sensor and then we could control and detect the oil temperature accurately andoffered oil with high precision to the working system.The article developed a temperature control test system based on three-level tank structureon the basis of three-level tank control principle and studied the feasibility of this control methodby carrying test. The result showed that the oil temperature control system was feasible andcould achieve high control accuracy. This oil temperature control device with high accuracybased on the three-level tank structure had a wide horizon of development in the oil temperaturecontrol of hydraulic system and precision machine tool.
