Since China entered the twenty-first Century,the economy has developed rapidly.The electric power industry has also stepped forward,and the electrical equipment has penetrated into industry,agriculture,commerce and people's lives.Nowadays,the State supports agricultural production energetically,and agricultural electricity consumption is an important link in the agricultural industry.With the continuous increase of agricultural electricity consumption,the voltage level of transmission lines is getting higher and higher,and the quality and quantity requirements of transformers are also increasing.In terms of the number of rural substations,there are more and more rural substations;from the view of capacity,the capacity of agricultural transformers is becoming larger and larger;from the structure of the grid,the complexity is getting higher and higher.Transformer as an indispensable part of agricultural electricity,its operation security is particularly important.The aging of transformer insulation material is largely affected by oil temperature.The transformer thermometer is a measuring tool used to monitor the oil temperature of transformer.It reflects the physical and chemical changes inside the transformer in real time.Therefore,improving the accuracy of transformer thermometer is very important for monitoring transformer operation.The constant temperature oil tank is a kind of tank which can provide the constant temperature environment.It can be used to detect the accuracy of the transformer thermometer.The higher the control accuracy,the more conducive to the detection of thermometers.In order to improve the control precision of the constant temperature oil tank,the temperature control system of the constant temperature oil tank is designed from three aspects,the structure of the tank,the design of hardware,the design of software and the selection of the algorithm.The hardware part,with STM32F103VET6 as the core,completes the signal acquisition and processing;the software part involves the initialization program design,the data acquisition program design and the communication module design,and the algorithm part selects the control method of the expert fuzzy PID to control the temperature.At the end of the paper,the realization of the system function is introduced,and the errors are analyzed briefly.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)the design of the thermostat and the current research status of the temperature control mode at home and abroad are analyzed.The structure of the tank and the overall frame of the temperature control system are designed.(2)the hardware system takes the STM32F103VET6 as the core,uses the power circuit,the temperature acquisition circuit,the relay driving circuit as the peripheral module,selects the circuit elements,and uses the configuration serial screen as the human-computer interaction module,which ensures the integrity of the hardware structure.(3)the software system includes three parts: initialization,data acquisition and communication module.In the selection of the algorithm,PID control,fuzzy control and expert system are combined to form three kinds of control methods,and the simulation comparison is carried out respectively.The expert fuzzy PID is selected as the system temperature control algorithm,and the purpose of improving the temperature control precision is achieved.(4)the function of the whole system is verified through the operation interface.The system error is analyzed with the horizontal temperature field and the vertical temperature field,and the feasibility of the application of the control system is proved.
