With the development of computer technology, communication technology and the in-depth application of the Internet, more and more embedded systems are running around us. Real-time digital processing, functions interlinked with network, intellectual software and better-extended ability have nearly become the mutual need of modern real-time measuring and monitoring systems.This paper, based on GPRS technology and wireless sensor network theory to a water plant water supply system in rural research background for the design of the control system, the system structure is divided into three parts: water sources; client; monitoring center.The core parts including fountainheads embedded controller ARM -LPC2103 control submersible pump start-up, electric signal acquisition and GPRS communication network.Client place uses GPRS wireless sensor network technology and the combination of the Internet network access network data through computer control center. Sensor node chooses, wireless transmission ATmega128 processor module selection CC1100, network access nodes as the equipment is MC55 sensor node and GPRS module combined.The control center PC receives the remote acquisition and reservoir of the local by configuration screen display, and realize PC according to the realization of reservoir water level in realizing remote off. Submersible.Control center PC interface using kingview with VB software combination of writing, using MSComm, Winsock control realization PC control interface with RS - 232 and Internet network connection and communication.The results of simulation experiments, embedded processors,redundant processing of data allows real-time communications,the accuracy has improved greatly,GPRS technology and wireless sensor networks combined network scheme is feasible in the industrial remote control.This is for advanced control,communication method applied to provide a reference to the actual industrial process,has very important practical significance.
