Since twenty-first Century,with the development of modern technology,the degree of urban modernization has become more and more high.however,the city's infrastructure construction has not been improved,especially the urban drainage pipe network construction,due to the environment and monitoring system which has been stagnant,more not how to develop.As a result,the city's sewage in the rain season is discharged out and drainage pipe is too small and too late to drainage,resulting in water overflowing from the manhole cover,leading to that on the streets of the city are sewage and rainwater,bringing a lot of inconvenience to people's lives and development of the City.what is more,because of excessive sewage,there are a lot of people who are drowned and many houses are collapsed in the city.In this paper,the water level monitoring system based on wireless sensor network has been proposed for all kinds of problems caused by the drainage pipe network.The relevant departments can provide a good understanding of the current situation of the urban drainage network.This paper designs the drainage network monitoring system is based on wireless sensor network,combined with GPRS wireless communication technology and ultrasonic water level detection technology,to achieve the entire urban water level monitoring,so that people can have a good understanding of the city's sewage discharge status or make preventive measures in advance and the relevant departments can also be based on feedback from the monitoring system to make the appropriate remedial measures and preventive measures.In this paper,a new method is proposed to solve the problems such as the water level detection sensor based on ultrasonic ranging from the ultrasonic wave and the wireless sensor network.This paper designs a wireless sensor network with 433 MHZ wireless channel and 2.4GHZ wireless channel.It is good to solve the problem of transmitting signal from ground to underground,and the communication between each node.In this paper,the development of sensor nodes,relay nodes and gateway nodes are developed,and the client network monitoring software is constructed,and the results are verified.Experimental results show that the system can carry out a good monitoring of the overall water level of drainage network,and has the advantages of low cost,convenient construction and so on.
