The Research On Web-based Discrete Workshop Management System

Workshop is the hub of production management and manufacturing,and it is also the convergence point of logistics,information flow,work flow and control flow.The workshop management is the very important and complex link in a enterprise.Advantages and disadvantages of the workshop management is directly related to enterprise efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to reasonably establish the workshop management system.Workshop management system is built on information technology,network technology and computer technology.It is based on the use of advanced modern enterprise management ideas.It can provide workshop managers with the comprehensive, systematic management platform,which is used for decision,planning and control.It integrates logistics, information flow and work flow of management activities,to achieve the optimal allocation of workshop resources,accelerate the reaction rate on the market, thereby enhancing the efficiency and automation of the workshop level. Ultimately,it will improve the economic efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.Workshop management system may provide enterprises with a solid foundation for implementing the information.In computer technology and network technology support, workshop management system not only can interactive in the workshop, but also timely access to and process external information.It provides an important basis for workshop managers to make important decisions.Taking discrete workshop production of a company as the background,the workshop production management methods are studied in this thesis under the agile manufacturing and networked manufacturing.With the help of management technology ,information integration technology ang visualization technology,I design and develop a web-based discrete workshop management system.It was created to help companies fully understand the progress of the workshop production, and enhance management and control of the manufacturing process.It is has a great significance on the deepening of enterprise reform, improve operational efficiency and further improve the scientific decisions, timeliness and reasonableness of planning and scheduling.This paper introduces the research background, content and significance, in-depth analysis and study of the discrete workshop management.According to the results of detailed research,we select the development technologies,build the production model of the discrete workshop management system,and complete system database design based on "E-R Model" under the analysis of network environment,It describes the overall design of the system based on the demand analysis of system requirements,and gives functional design,operating environment and system application examples of the discrete workshop management system.It also prospects for further research.
