Design And Implementation Of Workshop Production Management System For Enterprise Based On The B/S Mode

With the continuous development of science and technology,manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition.The market is becoming diversiform,and customer demand is becoming more and more personalized,so its production gradually shifts to the small batch and variety.The current enterprise workshop production management process mainly depends on people to work,which not only makes the work efficiency relatively low,but also often causes mistakes,thus delays the production cycle and production quality.How to promote the company's management level by modern advanced methods and management tools has become the focus of the development of the current manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,the design and implementation of enterprise workshop production management system is a practically significant work.This paper expounds the process of development and practical application of workshop production management system.Using MyEclipse programming platform,and combining with the ORACLE,based on the true cross-platform Java technology,to realize the effective application and operation of production management system.The workshop production management system is divided into production task management and workshop job management module.It can be divided into tasks accept and assign,picking management,direct-transfer management,dc transfer management,WIP management,labor time management of work center,and planning management,dispatching plan,completion work-ticket report,process outsourcing management,process transfer management,and other functions.User can just input simply,and all data will be managed by the database system.The database server in this paper uses the ORACLE as the background database,which provides the guarantee for the data security and the stable operation of application.
