Plant Production Management System For Shanghai Aerospace Equipment Manufacturing

With the continuous progress of the marketization process,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce and the quality requirements of the customers are constantly improving,it brings great challenges to business management.With the advent of the information age,the information management concept and information management methods have been favored by business managers.They are increasingly being applied to the daily management of enterprises and play an important role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper plant production management system for Shanghai aerospace equipment manufacturing designed adopts JAVAEE architecture and Ajax technology design plan,which can better improve the scalability and portability of the whole system.Combined with the actual needs of Shanghai aerospace equipment manufacturing plant's own production business management,the main contents and purposes of the whole research and production management system need to be clarified.Through the detailed analysis and design to the final implementation and testing,the author has done the following three aspects:(1)the feasibility of the scientific research and production management system are analyzed in detail,and then from the functional requirements and performance requirements of the two aspects of the in-depth analysis,production planning and management,including the management of scientific research and production the system analysis of the functional requirements of the material management,production management and outsourcing business management of the four core functions of the use case diagram were designed respectively,and were given the specific cases;(2)using the JAVAEE framework,Ajax technology and UML modeling language for the scientific research and production management system for the overall design and in the design of the core modules,respectively,function structure diagram of each module work flow diagram and class diagram for the design and development The software engineering thought is deeply analyzed and expounded.(3)according to the detailed design,the implementation interface of each core function module is displayed,and the design and implementation of the system is verified through function and performance test.At present,after the system development,system test,data import and trial operation,the whole production management system has been formally launched in May 2017.It has rich functions and relatively good user experience,and has achieved the purpose of system construction.
