The anti-skid device of a train is an important equipment of the railway's transportation safety in the railroad parking lot marshalling yard. It plays a very important role in preventing the trains that stay in the station parking lots escape to the railway and conflict with others because of loosing or man-made destructions. If this happened, it would endanger transportation safety and cause traffic accidents.Along with the development of the microcomputer technology and wireless communication technology, the combination of information technology has been widely used in all industries. Due to the faults of low time-consuming,real-time and reliability, a smart practical reliable train antiskid on-line monitoring system is engendered. The system will create an objective economic and social benefit, and solve the urgent need of railway transportation production.Firstly, this paper introduces the research condition of the information and technology about preventing train sliding in parking lots. According to the characteristics of slip-work, the paper gives a function scheme,an appropriate design and a innovative technology. The train antiskid monitoring terminal launches the design system with GPS/GPRS as the main technical and the combination of C8051F020 for the main support.Secondly, based on the analysis of research for wireless positioning technology, wireless communication technology and microcomputer technology, the paper introduces GPS and GPRS and the right module was chosen according to actual application situation and needs. To achieve better work of monitoring, two wireless technology are combined .Thirdly, this paper expounds the monitoring terminal hardware design in detail. For small size,low power consumption and well extent, the paper designs a hardware based on C8051F020, GPS module, and wireless communications GPRS module.At last, the monitoring center PC design is illustrated. Based on MapX and SQL Server, the data and application are integrating, it displays terminal vector of the position in integrated electronic map. Docking received geographical packets on-line analysis and displayed with intuitive screen form in the map. The whole monitoring system test process is completed, and emphatically to test the typical problems which encounters in the process, then analyses and experiences.
