This design, which combines GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) and GPS (Global Positioning System) organic, make the location information which is by GPS receivers calculated through a wireless communication network could be sent to the headquarters'server for monitoring all the GPS receivers and so on.The main achievement of this design is outdoor staff's monitoring and scheduling work by headquarters Convenient. Through the outdoor staff to use Windows Mobile phone with a GPS receiver to obtain the location information output, and then use the mobile phone GPRS networks to access Internet, GPS location information could be resolved and upload. The headquarters can use the PC running the software to open and browse a digital map to locate the outdoor staff real-time.The use of this design can be carried out in a number of industry all-weather, accurate measurement, monitoring or scheduling the work of staff. For example, to supervise and schedule the work of line inspections by electric power departments; Map city road map or topographic map and so on.The system has been designed based on the C / S model, with the latest .NET technology and SQL server 2005 database technology for development. It has been completed with the basic function and meets the preliminary needs of the monitoring and scheduling requirements of the outdoor staff. The hand-held terminal of the system has the point of easy-carry and superior and quick performance. The client has a friendly interface and an easy operation. When directing at a specific industry or work, you can add particular business processes in the process of further researching.
