| Since the 1970 s,because of the emergence of computer technology and its wide application,all walks of life began to take the road of automation.Archives is no exception and began to study the automation of archives.In the 1990 s,with the development of network technology and communication technology,the rapid growth of digital information provided new subjects for the development of digital archives,and the research on digital archives came into being.The change of technology has prompted China to put forward new requirements for the construction of archives information,and triggered a new round of digital archive research.Digitization,networking and intelligence have become emerging research topics.In order to meet the requirements of the information construction of archives,China started the construction of digital archives in 2000,and has made great achievements so far.With the development of digital archives construction,more and more digital archives have been completed.However,the construction degree of these digital archives varies.In order to ensure better development of digital archives and better guide the construction of digital archives,it is necessary to evaluate the digital archives.At present,the research on the evaluation index of digital archives in China is at the initial stage,and the research in various aspects is not enough.Therefore,I think further research on the evaluation index system of digital archives should be carried out.This article mainly through defining the concept of digital archives,the definition and characteristics of digital archives have an accurate understanding,and then through the research for the construction of digital archives,according to actual preliminary framework of evaluation index elements is put forward,and through the fields method and analytic hierarchy process to detailed statistical indicator elements and instructions,to set up the score requirements,eventually form a complete evaluation system. |
