With the development of the social development, the career requirements arealso rising. As an employee, only continuous learning, and constantly upgrade theirskills in order to keep pace with the competition. In the enterprise, to resolve conflictsbetween employee skills and business needs means that staff training. Enhancetraining for dominance in the market competition is very important in strengtheningthe quality of staff, but also be able to meet the development needs of enterprises. Thecorporate management and human resources should be enhanced staff training as animportant aspect of management capacity, continuing to promote.Based on this background, the software developers designs a scientific andeffective employee training management system that can work well to enhance thestaff’s ability to overcome the many deficiencies of the original staff managementmechanisms, especially communication between employees, cooperation, andorganization system construction and optimization, management information delivery,etc. These factors will have business development and enhance the competitivenessplay a very important role. In this paper, by the help of the theoretical basis of therelevant research on corporate employee training management system, the authorbuilds a workable business employee training management system.Combined with the actual needs of corporate training, for the author of thetraining process, content and effects of observation and thinking at work, andgradually establish a suitable business strategy, competition in the industrycharacteristics and features of people management systems. Through systems analysis,design, implementation and testing, to achieve the following objectives: First, to adaptto the actual needs of the company’s employees, the use of more advanced training,planning and realization in line with the business needs of staff training managementsystem. The second is to change the pattern of traditional staff training to achieve acomplementary learning and training; third is through the construction of enterprise employee training management system, construction began training employeesoperating platform, contribute to the formation of new information managementplatform and promotion. In development, there are also some disadvantages, such asthe compatibility between the system and the shortcomings of other existing systems,the system’s own error correction capability and anti-hacking ability to be enhanced.In the specific features, there are many aspects need to be optimized in the future,enabling the system to have more features, more widely used, such as the expansionof office process optimization, usability and human users, curriculum resources,innovative training courses, etc., are needed direction for future efforts..
